Every price below includes free Standard shipping to a street address in the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, DC.

Natural wood, black and white frames share the same price. Each checkout is for one print.

Standard shipping is free

There is no Standard shipping charge for supported destinations. The price you see is the price you pay, before any applicable tax. We check your delivery address before you continue to payment.

When will my print arrive?

After a six-hour cancellation window, production usually takes 1–3 days for an unframed print and around 3 days for a framed print, before shipping. These are estimates; weekends, holidays and busy periods can add time.

Carrier transit time is additional and depends on your address and delivery service. Need your print for a particular date? Contact us before ordering so we can check the current estimate for your print and destination.

Need an Express upgrade?

When available for your print, Express appears after you check delivery options. You pay only the difference between the printer’s Express and Standard shipping rates. Your exact upgrade and order total appear before payment.

Every print is made to order. Shipping speed applies after production; Express does not shorten production time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Where we deliver

We currently support street addresses in the contiguous US and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, PO boxes and international destinations are not available yet.

Please check the delivery address carefully. If you need to change it on the payment page, return to the studio before paying.

Order help, returns and cancellations

Custom prints cannot be returned or exchanged

Every Block and Paper print is personalized and made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a design, text, size or frame option you selected. Please review your map and delivery details carefully before paying. If you’re unhappy with your print, contact us and we’ll help as best we can.

Damaged or incorrect prints

If your print or frame arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact Block and Paper within 14 days of delivery. Include your order reference and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a solution. We do not accept physical returns of custom prints or frames; please do not send your order back. Keep the packaging while we review your claim.

Cancel within six hours

You can cancel for a full refund within six hours of confirmed payment using the cancellation button on your order confirmation page, also linked in your confirmation email. The private page shows your exact cancellation deadline. We hold your order during this window, then release it for production. After the window closes, we cannot cancel the order.

Need to change your design or delivery address? Cancel within the window and place a new order with the correct details. If you cannot access your confirmation page, contact us immediately. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
