A few useful answers.
Can I make a map of a place that isn’t listed?
Yes. Search for a city or address in the studio, then drag and zoom to choose the streets you want to show. Neighborhood boundary and typography styles depend on local map coverage.
What will I receive?
A physical map print on 200gsm enhanced matte paper, in your chosen size. Add a natural, black, or white wood frame, or choose an unframed print. There are no digital downloads.
Can I see my design before paying?
Yes. The studio preview updates as you change the map, colors, and text. You can design and save for free. Review your spelling, map view, size, and frame before placing your order.
Is shipping free, and when will my print arrive?
Yes. Standard shipping is free to street addresses in the contiguous US and Washington, DC. After a six-hour cancellation window, production usually takes 1–3 days for unframed prints and around 3 days for framed prints. Carrier transit time is additional. See delivery details or contact us before ordering for a specific date.
What if I need to cancel or there’s an issue?
You can cancel for a full refund within six hours of confirmed payment from your order confirmation page. Custom prints cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Read the full order policy.
