For help with a design, keep its saved link handy so the exact map can be identified. For an order question, use the order reference rather than sending payment-card details.

Help with an order

For damage or an incorrect print, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the product and packaging. Custom prints and frames cannot be returned or exchanged.

To cancel for a full refund, use the cancellation button on your private order confirmation page within six hours of confirmed payment. To change a design or delivery address, cancel during that window and place a new order. Contact us immediately if you cannot access your confirmation page.

Prices and shipping lists the current print sizes, frame prices, and delivery region. The size guide explains how crop and map detail affect the print.

If a neighborhood name is missing, check the map sources and coverage notes. Locally used names and official or statistical areas can differ.
